Documents drift away from the booking.
Dates, services, and prices are copied by hand into contracts and invoices, and every copy is a chance for a mismatch.
Contracts & invoices
Karavex drafts a contract when a booking is confirmed, collects e-signatures from every signer in the right order, and sends invoices clients can pay online in full or in installments.

Recent invoices
PaidPaperwork should not be a second job.
A signed agreement in one tool, an invoice in another, and payment status in a third means re-typing the same booking details and still not knowing what is outstanding.
Dates, services, and prices are copied by hand into contracts and invoices, and every copy is a chance for a mismatch.
A confirmed booking produces a draft contract and its PDF, and invoices are created from the same booking with its line items.
The team can see who has signed, what is paid, and which installment is due without asking the client.
What changes
Draft contracts generated from confirmed bookings
Sequential or parallel e-signatures with an auditable signer history
Invoices with secure online payment, partial payments, and installment plans
What you can manage
Contracts and invoices share the booking and client they belong to, so documents, signatures, and balances stay aligned.
Each confirmed booking gets a draft contract and a generated PDF, ready to review before it goes to the client.
Assign several signers and have them sign one after another or in parallel; out-of-order signatures are blocked.
Build contracts from versioned, approved clauses, and the PDF records exactly which wording each client agreed to.
Create an invoice from a booking, adjust its line items, record partial payments, and send follow-ups.
Every sent invoice carries a secure payment link; clients pay by card through Stripe, or with PayPal when you connect it.
Split an invoice into scheduled installments and, if you switch them on, send one reminder for each installment that becomes overdue.
How it works
Each step picks up from the record before it, so nothing has to be entered twice.
A draft contract and its PDF are generated from the booking details.
Each signer signs online in the order you set, and you are notified when the contract is signed.
Create the invoice from the booking and send it with a secure payment link.
Clients pay in full or by installment; payments go to the oldest amount due and the balance updates.
Questions
Yes. Assign several signers and choose whether they sign in sequence or in parallel. A contract without signer assignments works as a simple single-signer agreement.
Each sent invoice links to a secure payment page. Clients pay by card through your connected Stripe account, or with PayPal if you have connected it. Invoices are also listed in the client portal.
Only if you enable them. Overdue reminders are off by default; when switched on, Karavex sends one reminder for each overdue installment, linking to the same secure payment page.
